TEACH Me ADHD for 8–12-year-olds

The original TEACH Me ADHD classes were designed by Developmental Pediatrician Nerissa Bauer. Each detective-themed class is designed for 8-12 year olds to take with a parent or other trusted adult. They are online and run about 90 minutes, more or less depending on participation of the group.

After each class, families work on Deeds and Missions to practice the skills learned in class. Families can upload "evidence" of completion to earn points toward a raffle.

New in 2025!!!! Parents now have an opportunity to meet with the group with an ADHD Coach twice when they sign their family up for the TEACH Me ADHD course.

Classes meet weekly for 8 weeks and registration is available for a limited time before each class. Sessions are offered several times a year by one of the Senior Field Agents.

You can sign up on the wait list to be reminded when doors open. Wait list families will get emails once a day to their inbox with their link to register early and the top-secret code for $100 off the detective course! It's not too late to get on the wait list!

TEACH Me ADHD (and anxiety): Director's Cut for teens

Promotional flyer for on-demand ADHD and anxiety teen workshops, featuring an illustrated figure with a movie clapperboard.

Director’s Cut for 13–18-year-olds

Dr Stuppy designed Director’s Cut as theater-themed workshops for 13–18-year-olds, but even teens without an interest in the theater find the workshops engaging and helpful.

Each workshop is 60 to 90 minutes in length depending upon participation and can be done with or without parents. Parents will get information about the class by email before class and in a series of follow-up emails for the month following the course.

After each class teens (the Directors) will work on skills independently - habits won't change if this part doesn't happen, so parents are considered Stage Managers to help keep their “Director” on track! Teens will learn to be more independent and become the director of their own lives by practicing skills learned in the workshops.

Teens can take any of the courses that fit their needs at a time that works for them. They request a time from Dr. Stuppy's online calendar.
