Winter Weather Policy

Our office attempts to stay open during normal business hours during all weather. There may be times that it is not safe for our staff or patients to come to the office and we will be forced to close.

If we close for any weather related issue or other emergency, it will be posted on our website and our Facebook page - please check these places prior to leaving your home if our area in experiencing dangerous weather conditions.

We will attempt to contact everyone who has a scheduled appointment, but if you've opted out of Phreesia texts you will miss this message. If you did opt out, we recommend opting back in so you don't miss these important announcements. It's easy! Just send a text saying "unstop" to 8664671139 to opt back in!

If you do not feel comfortable driving to an appointment due to bad weather, please call the office to reschedule. We will not apply our usual less than 24 hour cancellation fee for weather related rescheduled appointments if we are under official weather advisories or schools are closed due to unsafe weather conditions.

If you do choose to keep your appointment, leave early, drive safely and be sure to have enough gas, extra blankets and a working cell phone. Stay warm and safe!
