Missed Appointments
Our office has a charge for missed appointments and appointments cancelled without a 24 hour notice.
As a courtesy to our patients, we provide a reminder prior to scheduled appointments. If this reminder is not received for any reason, it does not remove the opportunity or responsibility for your appointment.
If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us so we may reschedule you and accommodate those patients who are waiting for an appointment. As a courtesy to our office as well as to those patients who are waiting to schedule with the physician, please give us at least 24 hours notice.
After missing three visits that are not rescheduled with 24 hour notice, our practice may decide to terminate its relationship with you.
It is your responsibility to keep track of your appointment time when the appointment is made.
If you log into the patient portal account you will be able to see upcoming appointments.
